Billing questions
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in to the ShieldPath client during the billing month. Users removed through your IdP stop counting from the next cycle.
What happens if we add users mid-month?
New users are prorated for the remaining days and appear on the next invoice. On Team, going past 75 users prompts an upgrade to Business.
Is there a trial?
Yes, 14 days on Team or Business with no card required. At the end you choose a plan or the workspace is paused.
How do we pay?
Card payment for monthly and annual plans; Enterprise contracts can be invoiced. Prices exclude applicable sales tax.
